  1. Computer & Internet Law

    Domain Name Disputes: $ 1850 plus disbursements to represent you in the dispute resolution policy processes put in place by ICANN and CIRA for top-level domain names such as .com, .biz, . info , .name, .net, .org and .ca.

    Terms of Use: $ 650 to $ 950 to review and draft terms of use for a simple web site.

    Privacy Policy: $ 600 to $ 950 to draft your privacy policy for simple web sites, i.e. that do not collect personal information.

    Software License Agreement: $ 750 to $ 1450 for advice and to draft a simple software license agreement.

    Independent Contractor's Agreement: $ 600 to $ 1450 to draft a simple independent contractors agreement for an independent contractor.

  2. Intellectual Property:

    TradeMark Registration: $ 400 to $ 1,000 plus disbursements such as a trademark search ( $50 to $400) and government fees ( $250 for application and $ 200 for the trademark certificate): This fee includes advice with respect to trademark law and the trademark application but does not include trademark opposition nor other serious difficulties.

    Copyright Registration: $ 250 plus disbursements: This includes advice with respect to copyright law and registration of your copyright.

  3. Entertainment, Multimedia and Advertising Law:

    Copyright Registration: $ 250 plus disbursements: This includes advice with respect to copyright law and registration of your copyright.

  4. Corporate, Commercial & Business Law

    Incorporate Provincial or Federal Corporation: $300 (or $ 400 for a corporation with a name) plus disbursements to incorporate a new numbered Ontario or Canada corporation. Disbursements include a government fee of $ 300 for provincial or $ 200 federal, minute book & seal : $ 110 to $ 140.

    Incorporation & Organizing of Corporation: $ 1177: to meet and to advise you, to incorporate an Ontario or federal corporation, prepare and complete incorporating resolutions and minute book.

    Review Commercial Lease: $ 700 plus GST to review and to advise you with respect to simple commercial lease for small business.

    Review Simple Franchise Agreement: $800 to review and to advise you with respect to all usual documents provided to a prospective purchaser of a franchise.
